The GPS Solar Astron 10th Anniversary Limited Edition. Celebrating a decade of GPS Solar technology with a design inspired by Seiko’s role in space exploration, this landmark Limited Edition is designed for a new generation of leaders, embodying the pursuit of excellence in both innovation and style. With the strong, sleek lines of the Seiko Astron, the world’s first commercially available quartz watch, this remarkable timepiece, available only in a controlled-production run of 1,500, with the serial number engraved on each caseback, combines solid tailoring with the highest degree of accuracy possible in a wristwatch. GPS controlled for high-speed time and time zone adjustment to 39 time zones, and including a daylight saving time function, perpetual day and date calendar correct to the year 2100, and am/pm indicators, this exceptional watch features a unique time transfer function that allows wearers to switch between the main dial time and the dual time subdial at the push of a button. To ensure smooth operation, the watch is equipped with a signal reception result indicator and power save function. The solar cell is powered by light energy, with no battery change required. With a shimmering pressed sunray pattern to evoke the wonder of outer space, the rich purple dial, complete with three-dimensional applied indices and special blue LumiBrite hands and markers for superior visibility, is framed by a black ceramic world time bezel providing subtle dimensionality, shine and enhanced scratch-resistance. Crafted of light and durable titanium, with a black super-hard coating for added endurance and H-shaped links for smooth wearing comfort, this superb timepiece also offers a sapphire crystal with super-clear coating, secure screwdown caseback and tri-fold push button release clasp. 10 bar, 100M Water Resistant
